April 20, 2026 - Community Office Hours (4:00 p.m.): Monthly session (virtual) for the residents of the Foggy Bottom and West End neighborhoods to share questions and comments about GW's next campus plan.

April 17, 2026 - Briefing for full meeting of GW Faculty Senate (2-4:00 p.m.): This update on campus planning efforts built on a series of meetings with the Faculty Senate's Standing Committee on University and Urban Affairs as well as regular updates to its Standing Committee on Physical Facilities and Campus Safety as well as fall presentations to Standing Committees on Athletics and Recreation and Libraries.   In addition to reviewing the previously shared update, questions and issues from Faculty Senate members were addressed.

  GW's campus planning team shared visual displays outlining emerging themes, needs and challenges identified during fall outreach and requested feedback from participants to assess various options.

March 9, 2026 - In Person Campus Plan Display/Tabling Update for GW Community (USC Great Hall/Floor 1, 10 a.m.-2:00 p.m. with 300+ participants): GW's campus planning team shared visual displays outlining emerging themes, needs and challenges identified during fall outreach and requested feedback from participants to assess various options.

March 5, 2026 - Faculty/Staff Town Progress Update (10am-2:00 p.m. Due to weather, transitioned to all virtual for 150+ attendees): GW's campus planning team shared emerging themes, needs and challenges identified during fall outreach as well as outlined work that will continue during 2026 to prepare GW's proposal for a new campus plan and also solicit feedback. Oct. 27, 2025 – GW Student Government Association (SGA) Senate Meeting:  Overview of the campus planning process and initial findings/themes. 

Oct. 24-25, 2025 – GW Alumni & Families Weekend:  Informational tabling throughout to provide updates/awareness to hundreds of event attendees.

Oct. 6-8, 2025 –  In-person outreach to GW community via town hall updates and informational tabling:
